Refund Policy

Purchases are not open

Rap Video Maker does not accept payment or create paid generations in this release. There is nothing to buy or refund through the website today.

Before purchases open

Credit pack prices, validity, template costs and delivery conditions will be displayed before Checkout becomes available. Payments will be one-time purchases, with no automatic renewal. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.

Technical failures and refunds

For the future generation service, a technical failure will release credits held for that task, without a second debit for an internal recovery attempt. This is separate from a refund of a purchase. Refund requests, unused and partly used credits, payment disputes and quality complaints will be handled under the terms shown at the time of purchase.
